Question 12: The Local's books were audited by the parent company, International Union UAW.

Question 15: The Local gave away to it's members 2 t-shirts valued at $20, 21 Bibles valued at $786, 6 watches valued at $486, and with membership approval the Local purchased 18 Polo shirts valued at $576 and gave them to the Bargaining Committee. The Local also disposed of 1 metal folding chair valued at $10.
